Siannie Jacobs, Founder of SJ Restorative Consulting LLC, is a passionate advocate dedicated to transforming social institutions, particularly schools, by championing restorative justice practices over conventional punitive approaches. Her illustrious career underscores her unwavering commitment to serving and improving outcomes for at-risk and marginalized communities, with a focal point on conflict resolution. Her journey inspired her entrepreneurial spirit, leading to the creation of SJ Restorative Consulting LLC, a dedicated space for advancing the principles of restorative justice.
Through her consultancy, she aims to empower school leaders, educators, students, and community partners. She achieves this by providing evidence-based training through workshops while crafting bespoke frameworks tailored to each school and organization’s unique needs. Her collaborative approach seeks to foster inclusive, socially connected, and nurturing learning environments through a restorative lens. With over a decade of experience in criminal justice, especially youth justice, She has been committed to serving marginalized communities. Siannie holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a concentration in Sociology from Francis Marion University. Beyond her career achievements and educational background, she actively participates as a member in numerous youth-serving and social justice-focused organizations, further cementing her commitment to creating positive change within her community and the broader justice system.
