On behalf of the Florence 1 Transportation Department, I would like to thank Siannie Jacobs for engaging and empowering my team. She has opened so many of their minds to thinking differently when it comes to restorative justice. Many times drivers believe in “using the pen system”. Siannie has shown them how to reimagine a problem and given them valuable information and knowledge on how to resolve conflicts in a different way. In all my young years, I have never thought about conflict resolution in such a way as Restorative Justice. I recommend her services and look forward to future speaking engagements. Some of my team have already scheduled personal consultations in the near future.
